Updating your drivers is the single most important part of troubleshooting your system. If you experience any form of problems with the running of any game from any software company you must first ensure that you have the latest drivers installed on your system, as stated on the minimum requirements label on the game packaging.
If you feel that you may have slightly dated drivers installed for you hardware, contact your hardware manufacturer or visit their website to obtain the latest drivers and then install them onto your system.
For advice on installation of drivers on your system you may use the following guide. However, we adviced that you use these instructions at your own risk. For PC technical support regarding hardware/drivers please consult your PC manufacturer.
